Case 15-28 – Dimitri Tolchinski, 286 Shore Road, requests variances to allow the placement of a generator and exhaust duct within the setback, to not require landscaping strips along Swan Avenue and Route 156 and location of parking adjacent to property lines for a Deli on the first floor of the existing structure – Per letter dated December 30, 2015 from the applicant’s attorney, this application has been WITHDRAWN

IV.     Public Hearings:

Case 16-01 – Gloria Trombley, 65 Columbus Avenue, requests variances to allow renovation of an existing structure which will then be elevated to meet FEMA flood standards as well as building codes and the existing shed is to be removed.

Case 16-02 – Paula & Anthony Schiavone, 57 Brightwater Road, request variances to demolish existing one car garage and remove existing shed in order to construct a 24’ x 24’ two car garage.  

Case 16-03 – Sixty Two Billow, LLC (owner), John Maloney (applicant), 62 Billow Road, request variances to construct a16’ x 18’ sunroom addition which conforms to the sideyard, rear and front setbacks  - WITHDRAWN per letter dated January 8, 2016
